Downed Power Line Traps Workers
Two Union Pacific employees were temporarily trapped after a power line fell across their work truck Wednesday morning (March 13), according to Van Buren police.
The incident happened at the Union Pacific rail yard near Riggs Drive just before 11 a.m.
Workers from OG&E cut power to the downed line so the railroad employees could get out of the truck. Police and emergency responders were on standby. No injuries have been reported.
